YOGA IN LORD ANCRUM’S WOOD

WOODLAND YOGA

Friday 23 Sept 2022, 10.30am to 12pm

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW FULL

As we approach the autumn equinox we invite you to join us for this introduction to Woodland Yoga within the beautiful setting of Lord Ancrum’s Wood.

Weaving in the five pathways to nature connection – contact, beauty, meaning, emotion and compassion – with the seasonal cycle of the autumn equinox, you will be guided to deepen your connection to the natural world, turning your attention away from the outward action of summer towards contemplation and inner reflection of autumn. Settling into stillness through meditation, gentle asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork) mantra, journalling and, of course, nature.

Cost

Adult £15, Concession £10 (60+, students, unemployed and/or receiving state benefits)

Refund policy

We ask that you get in touch at least 7 days prior to the event if you are unable to attend.
